Description

A major Irish retail group is now seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is a newly created role to lead all aspects of their digital marketing activities across their 50 stores in Ireland.

The role is a wide ranging position covering email, SEO, PPC, Content, Digital and Social and lots more. You will work closely with your agency partners and the marketing leadership team.

Who are we looking for:

A digital marketing professional with experience in digital agency, retail or similar. Minimum of 3-5 years digital marketing experience.

The role

  • Working with Marketing Manager to develop the digital marketing plans including email, SEO, content, display, and social strategy to achieve stated business objectives
  • Planning, implementation and management of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Implementing and optimising paid advertising campaigns including accurate tracking, tagging and reporting
  • Daily management of all social channels
  • Managing and testing company websites updates as well as the ability to effectively optimise the website based on Google Analytics data
  • Development of Customer emails aligned with annual marketing communications calendar
  • Creation of digital media assets which work across all channels including
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to promote new products achieving stated KPIs
  • Liaising with third party agencies including design, PR and digital agencies
  • Development of monthly reports on progress, results and latest digital trends relevant to the business

Experience

  • Third Level Marketing or Digital Qualification
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Role
  • Demonstrable experience in Google analytics, PPC, SEO and social media analysis
  • Experience with dotmailer and WordPress
  • Ability to interpret analytical data and create data visualisation reports
  • Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment & achieve tight deadlines
  • Previously worked within an B2B or Retail environment
  • Copywriting/editing and/or photography skills a plus
