Who are we looking for:
A senior insights professional with 8 or more years experience across a number of consumer sectors, ideally in areas such as FMCG, Telecoms, Utilities or similar. Candidates from either agency or companies are being considered. In addition to your amazing insights skills, you will ideally have some experience of Customer Experience programme management.
The role
This role is responsible for leading and developing the insight and customer experience across the business, based on customer led insight, NPS and all available market and customer data as well as leading our strategic brand planning & insights. Reporting in to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the delivery of innovative customer led insights and planning to underpin marketing campaigns, product and service developments and strategic customer led programmes. Partnering with the campaign team, the customer team & other cross functional groups, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, research agencies and ATL agencies to be the central voice for the customer.
One of the key deliverables of the role will be the development of great ideas at customer touch points which will drive sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Promoting and driving best in class planning, & brand experience
- Champion the customer as central to all interactions with an insight and brand led perspective.
- Ensuring all deliverables required from the business are met in an efficient and timely manner.
- Identifying opportunities to constantly improve the quality of thinking applied to our business.
- Creating and leading on-going learning and optimizations for best-in-class insight generation in order to deliver improved customer experiences.
Duties:
- Providing a single point of contact to drive insights & strategic planning on Customer & Brand Experience.
- End to end customer & brand experience planning, leveraging of key insights
- Brand planning leveraging customer insights and commercial objectives in order to deliver brand differentiation.
- Leading the brand & marcomms teams integrated insights and strategic planning in a way consistent with our business and brand goals to deliver inspiring creative ideas and customer led fresh and innovative insights to campaigns.
- Inspiring, managing and communications of the overall design & rollout of the customer experience
- Representation of Irish team within global customer experience, VOC forums, brand and insight forums
- Writing insightful and challenging Agency briefs to ensure delivery of compelling propositions.
- Leading thinking on brand health for the Irish market, developing appropriate monitoring and evaluation tools & to track both brand and campaign successes.
- Developing key messages & positioning with campaign team
- Nurture the relationship with ATL & Research agencies to ensure we deliver break through creative.
